Mixed Fermentation Farmhouse Sour Ale. Fermented with a rare mixed culture kveik from Stordal, Norway. This unique culture is un-isolated and is made up of six strains of saccharomyces and two strains of lactobacillus.
The high fermentation temperature results in strong, fruit forward esters that create flavours of pineapple, mango and nectarine. The high mash temperature combined with a short boil creates a rich mouthfeel that marries well with the sharp lactic acidity.
