Description
Continuing their journey into spontaneous fermentation, this release is a blend of aged beers from 2016/17 and 2017/18 brewing seasons.
Here they have used a traditional turbid mash schedule followed by an extended boil and wild inoculation overnight in our cool ship before transferring to barrels for a lengthy fermentation.
Oaky, with a pleasing acidity, this beer is unique to their landscapes.
