An aromatic, organic and natural white blend from one of the highest estates in Penedès.
Shows pronounced aromas of exotic flowers and tropical fuit. The palate is more gentle, with light citrus characters balancing white flower, and leesy notes adding texture. Crisp and dry on the finish.
The grapes are picked on separate dates. The Macabeo was picked first (on 5th September) followed by Moscatel (13th and 14th ) and finally Parellada (on 29th September). The grapes are hand-picked, then destemmed, with soft treading in an inert atmosphere. Fermentation for 19 days at 18ºC in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered, with no added Sulphur.
