Rich and toasty, french oak fermented Cava!
Made by the `traditional method` of secondary fermentation in bottle and is a blend of Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. The Chardonnay is fermented in French oak barrels where it stays on its lees for 4 months, adding complexity to the wine. Bright pale yellow in colour with a classic toasty nose of vanilla and coconut with stone fruits and citrus aromas. The palate is well balanced with a creamy mousse and notes of white peach, toast and almonds.
