This focusses on a lighter easy drinking style of Cahors Malbec from 25 year old vines.
Fabien’s vineyards are in Cahors, France where he works with organic fruit, practices biodynamics & uses little to no sulphur. We love his modern natural take on the famous Cahors wines from his winery ‘Mas del Perie’, his wines are fresher & he lets the fruit shine.
