Here 3 casks of First Fill and Re-charred bourbon hogsheads, from Glendullan distillery, are married to create a single malt characterised by toffee apple, red apple skin, a little sweet earth and dry dark chocolate. The palate follows on from the nose but adds sweet spice and a note of fresh pastries.
