Single rum distilled from scratch in the Scottish Borders. Matured 12 months in Scotland using Virgin American white oak barrels (200 litre).
This first edition is from the 3rd cask laid down. It’s bottled at 59.6% natural cask strength, and only 246 individually numbered bottles were produced.
Each one is one of 246 and is Hand signed by head distiller Kit.
Non-chill filtered, no added sugar or colour.
