Tom Oliver’s Yarlington Mill Cider: A serious, food friendly and complex natural cider. Tom Oliver has crafted his Yarlington Mill from 90% Yarlington Mill apples and 10% Foxwhelp. It is then matured in speyside whisky oak barrels for 18 months leaving it equally fruity, smokey, spicy and sweet. It is medium dry and a real eye opener in the fast growing natural cider category. These should be drunk like wines, with a large glass and some cheese or pork dish or savoury snack of your choosing.
