Description
The half sister to Northern Hemisphere, this time using hops from the northern half of the world. This New England IPA uses Galaxy, Citra and Topaz, with a malt bill including Extra Pale, Vienna, oats and white wheat. The result is a big creamy IPA with notes of tropical and citrus fruit.
