Description
A restrained Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc from a new organic producer, showcases a stark contrast to some of our more tropical New Zealand wines. Here the fruit is rounded, still fresh but with some green melon joining stewed pear and subtle lemon. There’s a herbal edge too and nice structure, it sits with a little weight in the palate.
We listed this wine to respond to requests for food friendly whites that would pair well with more medium weighted seafood dishes, creamier sauces and a little spice.
