Bonfires galore, coastal Islay brine, vanilla fudge & portuguese tarts. Bottled from one 8th of a cask of Lochindaal, distilled at Brucihladdich 13 years ago. This has been aged in a single First Fill Bourbon Barrel.
Blind Summit Whisky is a long time coming, passion project. A new independent bottler based in Edinburgh. Each limited release whisky is selected, designed and bottled in Leith. We’re excited to have some and will be selling them 1 per customer as the releases are all very small.
Each outturn uses a different local artist to design an original art piece for the label. The inaugurat release artwork was designed by Leith based artist Emma de la Pena. Teh image is Arthur’s Seat and the cut out on the side is the skyline of the Pentland Hills from the summit of Arthur’s Seat.
