Description
A dry, fresh, bittersweet cider blended from Harry Masters Jersey, Stoke Red, Bisquet, Yarlington Mill, Browns
Apple, Dabinett, Le Bret, Dove, Egremont Russet and Sweet Coppin.
Fermented in stainless steel with 25% of the total matured in old oak casks. Extended bottle maturation.
The nose has beehive, flowers and orchard floor. On the palate this is light with fresh acid character, astringent
tannin and a long finish. Drink at room temperature with roast chicken, grilled quail or buttery pasta.
