Description
Wild table pale ale in collaboration with Pastore Brewing & Blending. Brewed with pilsner and torrified wheat, hopped with leaf Opus and Citra, fermented in stainless steel, then aged in Bordeaux barrels with a blend of Wilderness and Pastore house cultures, before finally dry hopping with Harlequin.
