Dark pink in colour. Aromas of summer fruits – strawberry, raspberry & mulberry. The palate is full of summer berries with a refreshing mulberry zing. the flavours are pleasing and persistent in the mouth. A lovely continuous mousse. Made in the Traditional Champagne Methode from 100% Trepat grapes, DO Cava vineyards in Penedes, Catalunya.
