Description
A blend of Stoke Red and Kingston Black creates a beautifully complex and layered palate with notes of banana, leather and pine nut. It perfectly brings together the brilliance of these two fruits alongside the sumptuous oak fermentation to create a wonderfully moreish cider.
Founded by Peter Crawford in 2020 on his family estate in Balmarino, he and his wife Sarah planted hindereds of trees which they now harvest to produce these vinous, elegant ciders.
