Description
Introducing Raseli , a mango and cardamom kulfi sour, coming in at 5.8% abv. The beer is inspired by Parveen’s Canteen & the Pakistani dessert called ‘kulfi’, and is flavoured with alfonso and honey mangoes. A helluva lot of them: 230g per litre of beer to be precise. It is sweet and densely creamy, like the dessert, but lactose free. The cardamom flavour is there but not prominent, balancing the fruitiness and medium acidity with fragrant spiciness. Like the dessert it is a background note designed to elevate the floral aromatics.
