Safe Place Instructions:

• Please provide these so we can deliver your parcel quickly and safely.
• For irreplaceable, rare, or high-value items, we’ll only deliver to a person. If you won’t be home, please give us a neighbour’s address or let us know if we can deliver to a concierge or reception desk.

Local Orders (Postcodes: EH1, EH2, EH3, EH4 1, EH5, EH6, EH7, EH8, EH9, EH10, EH11, EH12 5, EH13, EH14 1&2, EH16, EH17):

• Free delivery for orders of £40 or more.
• £5.95 delivery charge for orders under £40.
• Deliveries are made on Wednesdays, and Fridays by bicycle courier.
• Orders must be placed before 8pm the day before for guaranteed next day delivery.
• Orders for EH9 postcodes have no minimum order value, and no delivery fee.

Non-Local EH & FK Postcodes (Near to/Outside the city bypass and FK1 to FK16):

• Free delivery for orders of £60 or more.
• £5.95 delivery charge for orders under £60.
• Deliveries are made by courier, usually next day if ordered before 1 pm.
• Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday only (excluding bank holidays).

UK Mainland Deliveries:

• London:
  • Free delivery for orders of £120 or more.
  • £11.95 delivery charge for orders under £120.
  • Courier delivery, usually next day if ordered before 1 pm.
• Rest of Mainland UK:
  • Free delivery for orders of £100 or more.
  • £9.95 delivery charge for orders under £100.
  • Courier delivery, usually next day if ordered before 1 pm.

Island Deliveries:

• Scottish Offshore Islands:
  • Free delivery for orders of £175 or more.
  • £30 delivery charge for orders under £175.
  • Courier delivery, usually 3-7 days.
• Isle of Wight:
  • Free delivery for orders of £175 or more.
  • £30 delivery charge for orders under £175.
  • Courier delivery, usually next day if ordered before 1 pm.

Important:

• We cannot deliver to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Jersey, or ship internationally.
• You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your postcode on the website.

Click & Collect Orders:

• Even though you’re picking up your order, the website still needs your billing, delivery, and “safe place” information. For “safe place” instructions, please enter “N/A”. This also applies to wine fair tickets.
• Click & Collect is free, with no minimum order. You’ll get a text when your order is ready for pickup. This is normally within an hour.
