Description
Former sommelier Paul Marchand-Perarnau and long time winemaker Willy Roulendes met while working for a winery in Auxey-Duresses, separated and realised they were better off making wine together hence the name AMI (friend). A Pinot Noir from Auxey showing lots of bright red fruit with a light savoury edge.
A top wine which guides you towards their top plots of Volnay and Pommard. Making some top minimal intervention style Burgundy. Additive free winemaking with only ambient yeast used. Organic-uncertified.
