A distillery that produces liquid that is mostly seen in blends, Ardmore has however built up a dedicated following among single malt aficionados who seek out the layers of bonfire smoke it’s independent bottlings can bring. This limited release is the peated Highland we know and love but with additional maturation in Pedro Ximinez Hogshead.
In the glass it’s showing glazed, smoked ham with sticky brown sugar and honecomb.
