Description
The second release of Madeira matured spirit, after a successful launch in late 2022. This time utilising peated and unpeated whiskies at a minimum age of 6 years. 43% Peated, 57% unpeated.
Nose: Cocoa powder,stewed plums,sugared almonds, bread and butter pudding, nutmeg,sandalwood, bracken, fruitscone, red currants.
Palate: Cinnamon sweets, cedar bark,salted trail mix with chocolate chips, rosemarystalks, toffee apple, pine needles, strawberries with black pepper.
Finish: Medium weight, dusty, long and slightly drying finish.
