Description
The second batch of Ardnamurchan’s sherry cask bottling. Each batch uses 10 peated sherry butts and 15 unpeated sherry hogsheads – this combination makes for a smoky, rich and salty dram.
Nose shows murray mint, bonfire on the beach, salted peanut ice-cream, tomato stalks, Brazil nut and sundried tomatoes. On the palate, tarry rope, bung cloth, smoky bacon, old tractor shed, peanut brittle, sticky spare-ribs. It finishes coastal with sea-salt, bothy fireplace and cigar shop.
