Such a fabulous expression of this iconic white, Greek grape. Akin to a lovely Chablis, this is a crisp, zesty, lightly saline Assyrtiko brimming with notes of lemon, white peach, elderflower flavours and a whiff of gunsmoke on the finish. The ultimate seafood wine.
Their philosophy is to use natural, organic vineyard treatments and minimalist winery practices to produce characterful wines which reflect their roots and the traditional craftmanship of the area.
