Description
A new single cask release from Phil and Simon of Thompson Bros in Dornoch. Distilled in 2009 at Aultmore distillery and bottled independently at 15 years of age. Aged full term in a Red Wine barrique.
Aromas of tangy red fruit, yoghurt and fragrant citrus zest. A lush flavour of ripe summer berries, with a hint of cinnamon/cocoa spice. A pleasant dry finish remeniscent of dusty tannins and warm baking spices.
Not a source of caffeine. Enjoy responsibly
