PASSATEMPO VINHO VERDE: Vibrant and floral Vinho Verde showing citrus, white flowers, subtle passionfruit and lots of mineral freshness. Well balanced throughout, the finish is long and fruity, yet marvellously crisp. Pairs well with Mediterranean white fish, fresh vegetables, light starters, or goats cheese.
THE NOTES GEWURZTRAMINER: Aromatic bouquet, immediately recognizable thanks to its fruity notes, with a remarkable apricot note, and hints of rose and orange blossom.
PIQUE & MIXE PIQUEPOUL-TERRET: Glorious Picpoul based white, a fresh and fruity nose marked by notes of lemon and grapefruit; exotic, lively and fresh in the mouth, revealing a beautiful richness supported by citrus flavours and beautiful length.
COMPLICES DE LOIRE TOURAINE SAUVIGNON BLANC EXPRESSION: A Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc with an expressive nose of both floral and mineral aromas. Lees stirring and ageing in stainless steel for a minimum of six months contributes to a smooth and rounded palate with luscious ripe green fruits and juicy citrus notes. Perfect as an aperitif wine or for a wide variety of lighter dishes/salads, seafood starters, cheese platters and more.
TINAZZI DUCA DELLE CORONE FIANO: Fresh and peachy Fiano from Tinazzi, located in Apulia, Puglia. This southern Italian variety is know for its luscious stonefruit aromas, balanced with lovely orange blossom and mineral tones. It is an ideal match for pre-dinner chacuterie boards adorned with Italian cured meats and hard cheeses, Nocellara olives, and sardines – Fiano’s fruit profile and body being the perfect boon to those savoury and salty flavours.
DARRIAUD COTES DU RHONE BLANC:
A beautiful and elegant white Côtes du Rhône. On the nose herbaceous and floral, with fresh fennel and honeysuckle. The palate is a delicate balance of ripe stone fruits and pear. Textured and structured whilst remaining fresh and inviting.
From winemaker Julien Dugas, and excellent gastronomic wine that pairs beautifully with goats cheese salad or shellfish.
