A blend of wild beers and Saisons with added damsons. This beer has wonderfully assertive cranberry tartness and jammy hedgerow berries, champagne-like effervescence and beautiful tannic structure. Woody funk, marzipan and delicate notes of vanilla alongside the intense fruit character.
