Number 7: Callista. A tenuous reference to Ally McBeal aside, ‘Callista’ means ‘Most Beautiful’ in Greek. This hop is a hybrid of Hallertau Tradition and Huell. Fruity, citrusy, and quite deliciousy. This is – of course – the organic version, so arms and legs were sold to acquire it in such abundance.
