Back in 2019 our good friend and all-round brewing god Colin Stronge came back for a visit in his new guise as head brewer at SALT Brewery. We made a delicious Schwarzbier. We then put some of it into Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and it became sensational. Unfortunately this was March 2020, and everyone was distracted. So we’ve made it again, and this is it, minus the distractions. We’ve come Full Circle… again.
