Brand new experimental release from Brig o’ Perth.
Blair Athol 12 year old finished in Vino de Color casks. Vino de Color is an intense sherry-like product aged in Jerez and used to make deeply coloured sweet sherries. The cask has been rinsed out to reduce the impact of the Vino de Color but it leaves a big sherry bomb with fine oak tannins and christmas cake flavours.
A full bodied, dried fruit and spice filled dram.
