A fantastic modern twist on a South Australian blend. Brad’s wines have a lively edge to them, here that lifts the super ripe fruit and balances it out with a little zip. The fruit is bright, plump, thick and quite dense with a slight oil like note, the tannins are fleshy. It’s a full bodied red no doubt but hods on to that initial vibrancy to hold your focus. A delicious twist on a classic, the eothos and skill of Brad’s winemaking shines here.

GR/M is a blend of Grenache (70%) and Mataro (30%), sourced from a biodynamically farmed vineyard in McLaren Vale’s Blewitt Springs sub region. Both grapes were hand harvested then co-fermented in open-top fermenters.

The Mataro goes in first in whole bunches that are crushed by foot. The destemmed Grenache then follows on top. After 3 weeks with regular punching down, it is pressed into French oak barrels for twelve months.
