Blind Summit Whisky is a Leith-based passion project by two friends, James & Jamie. An independent whisky bottler focussing on exciting, brightly labelled, flavourful whiskies. It’s a bit more like the whisky equivalent to Gypsy Brewing with selection, maturation and bottling being carried out in different locations depending on which friendly warehouse is available.
Each release is under 200 bottles so they are always limited and often sell out quickly.
Each outturn uses a different local artist to design an original art piece for the label.
