Description
Brewer Kieran’s go to beer is a lager and this is his take on a Bohemian Pilsner. Malt base consists of lager malt, flaked maize, chit and acidulated malt to keep things super light and crispy. With a decent bitterness and traditional Saaz hops in the whirlpool, this beer has classic pils vibes. The beer is a celebration of Kieran’s daughter Reia and in honour of Grandad Ray. Eternal Rays should be enjoyed whilst wiling the summer away.
