In the Trees, our Brewer’s Choice beer by Jon Peachey, is inspired by the folk horror writings of M R James. This brew reflects a stroll through an East Anglian pinewood, a good trudge along a coastal spit of Suffolk shingle or an amble down a leaf strewn, high hedged lane. Jon has chosen Chinook and Idaho 7 hops for this haunting twist of a classic West Coast base, best consumed in a wingback armchair by a roaring fire. Gluten Free
