A firm and silky red with lots of bright blue fruits and violet flower character. Medium body. Vivid finish. Excellent entry level Priorat, they only go up from here so this is a great chance to taste Grenache from one of it’s most famous regions. Super steep slopes, warm sunshine and cool nights, with a very unique soil type that makes for completely unique red wines.
A blend of Garnacha, Cariñena, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot aged for a few months in oak barriques and casks. Full but with cleansing acidity which makes for great food matching but lingering freshness for solo drinking.
