The last in the trilogy of Berliners is the Dry-Hopped Brett Berliner. Like the others, this was aged in a Burgundian Chardonnay barrel for 10 months with a single strain of Brettanomyces. Prior to packaging, the beer was dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Ekuanot hops. The result is a sour and funky beer, bursting with passionfruit and pineapple aromas. Limited to 350 bottles.
