Maison Ferrand have created a new standard. Distilled in Jamaica, it is further matured before being mascerated 1 week with ginger, 2-3 weeks with coconut and 5 weeks with vanilla. A portion even sees some maturation in Pedro Ximenez sweet sherry casks for added depth of flavour.
Perfect for sipping neat, but mixes brilliantly.
