All of the grapes for this wine come from Paolo’s small estate in Piemonte. Barbera vines were planted in early 2000 on Terra Rossa soild, this portion of his land also has some stony calcareous clay which he believes adds a bit of additional tension to the wine.
A natural wine, organic farming, wild yeast fermentation, no sulphur additions, hand bottled on their farm in Northern Italy.
