Description
An aromatic orange wine made from Xarel-lo with deep fruity and floral notes and herbaceous touches. It’s fresh, granular and fruity. A wine with marked acidity and a long and persistent finish.

The grapes for this wine are harvested early to retain as much freshness as possible. The berries are crushed, and the juice spends 5 days fermenting in contact with the skins to extract further flavour. The wine is left to mature I stainless steel before being bottled.
With both structure and minerality on its side this wine is an ideal companion to most foods. Although you would never go wrong with roasted pork or hard cheeses!
