Chambord is made with blackberries, respberries and blackcurrants. The berries are gently mascerated for 4-6 weeks before blending with French spirit and steeping for a further 6 weeks. The final stage sees it blended with fresh black raspberries, XO Cognac, Madagascan vanilla, Moroccan citrus peel and delicate honey.
