Clydebuilt is a collection of limited edition whiskies blended and released over five years by Ardgowan Distillery. Sailmaker is a carefully created blend of single malts from Speyside, Lowland and Highland matured in Oloroso sherry casks. This sumptuous dram was created by Master Whisky Maker Max McFarlane (previous lead whisky maker at Edrington, including Highland Park).
A nutty, rich dram with dried spices, stone fruits, fresh nectarines, choclate truffles and seville orange marmalade There’s a long-lasting butterscotch and marzipan filled palate with a finish that shows raisin and spice.
