Description
A beautiful, aromatic Nebbiolo showing rose and peach on the nose, followed by white stone fruit and cherry on the tongue. The tannins are fine and fleshy with precision and ripe berry fruit. Very pleasurable drinking with cheese and medium rich late summer/ early autumn dishes.
Grapes were macerated on the skins in rotary fermenters for 6- 7 days, followed by 10 months ageing in 2nd-year French oak barriques.
