Description
The original Pintail, named after the dabbling duck with its distinctive by Perth-based wines and spirits merchant, Matthew Gloag & Son in 1931.
This unique Single Malt, distilled and filled as Dailuaine Distillery, was matured first in a refill ex-Bourbon barrel, then finished in a Palo Cortado Sherry octave cask. The resulting whisky carries notes of cinnamon, California raisins, heather honey, allspice and polished oak.
