A 9 year oldsingle cask release of Speyside legend, Dailuaine distilled in 2015. Some time was spent in a mystery barrique when it was picked up by the folks at Fragrant Drops. 276 bottles released
Nose:
Honey, caramel, rose water, star anise and blackberry jam.
Palate:
Mulled cider, vanilla, balsamic glaze and panettone
Finish:
Nutty and oily, more baking spice and apple pie. A long sweet finish.
