A beautiful and elegant white Cotes du Rhone. Made of a classic Rhone blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Rousanne, Marsanne, Bourboulenc and Clairette. .On the nose herbaceous and floral, with fresh fennel and honeysuckle. The palate is a delicate balance of ripe stone fruits and pear. Textured and structured whilst remaining fresh and inviting. Great to have in the rack for all occasions
From winemaker Julien Dugas, and excellent gastronomic wine that pairs beautifully with goats cheese salad or shellfish.
