Description
It’s a blend of two batches, one fermented with house yeast and one with Hefeweizen yeast, to add a banana aroma without it being overpowering. The beer features tropical, sweet fruit, peach, mango, banana, and coconut flavors and aromas. It uses Citra, Riwaka, Motueka, and HBC1019 hops.
