Going a little bit old school on the hop varieties. Paying homage to the US craft beer movement. Cascade in the boil to bring layers of classic citrus and full noble US hop character. Centennial from Crosby and Chinook from Indie Hops in the whirlpool to set the stage with lots of zesty orange and grapefruit. The dry hop is led by Simcoe, bringing a mixture of light tropical fruit and sweet pine, it’s back up with Amarillo and Comet from Crosby and Chinook from Indie to bring complex layers of citrus, floral and slightly resinous hop character.
