Brilliant new Scottish Cider release from Digger’s. We loved their Pet Nat first release and this isn a great follow on.
Handpicked Scottish apples were spontaneously fermented in both oak and stainless steel, then bottled on the same day and aged in bottle for six months. The sparkling is conditioned in the bottle.
