60% Grenache Noir, 20% Cinsault, 20% Carignan, all planted on basalt soils around the last Volcano in the chain that starts in the Auvergne (Puy-Dome.)
The Grenache was given a two week whole bunch maceration, the Cinsault & Carignan were infused in the Grenache juice for 5 days, then it was all assembled and aged in fibreglass. Very vibrant dark fruit, fresh and with soft, bright fruit. Delicious!
