Description
Flavours of lime, lemon, green apple and pear. Crispness comes through at the end to brighten the finish and the aftertaste, with plenty of acidity to cut through.
Goes wonderfully with seafood!
Made from organic grapes that are are hand harvested from two plots with differing terroir, one granite and the other gabbro. Fermentation with native yeasts, no fining and light filtration. Whole bunch pressed and aged on the lees in underground glass vats for 6 months. Partial malolactic fermentation. Total sulphites less than 5 mgr per litre.
