Description
A harmonious blend of Grenache Blanc and Clairette, sourced from terraces rich in clay and limestone. Aromatic on the nose, with notes of white fruit. On the palate, it offers a vibrant combination of fruity juiciness, mineral depth, and full, intense flavours, rounded off with a refreshing finish and subtle bitters.
Fermented with wild yeasts, and bottled unfined and unfiltered, to retain its authentic character and properly showcase the terroir.
Made by Elodie Jaume, a young winemakers who for the past 8 years has made all the wines for her family’s estate Domaine des Chanssaud, though as of 2023 has converted the entirety of the estate to ‘Domaine Elodie Jaume’ to solidify her own ideas and her own style.
