Biodynamic Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge from the terroir of Coudoulet, nextdoor to Châteauneuf-du-Pape. A lightly extracted blend of Grenache, Mourvedre & Syrah aged in concrete, it’s spicy, textured, and fruity, yet very pure and soft on the palate.
Made by Elodie Jaume, a young winemakers who for the past 8 years has made all the wines for her family’s estate Domaine des Chanssaud, though as of 2023 has converted the entirety of the estate to ‘Domaine Elodie Jaume’ to solidify her own ideas and her own style.
